Trip Advisor Review, Amanjena

LOCATION:
For an ideal Moroccan experience stay at uber private & luxurious Amanjena outside the Medina where indulgences that “Aman junkies” & patrons alike have come to expect. Amanjena offers incredibly personalized service, spoilingly indulgent luxuries and comforting amenities as evidenced upon arrival into Menara Int’l.

PROPERTY:
Rashid, a multi-lingual driver whisked us to the Aman property as several Amanjena staff offered warm, genuine Arabic greetings, “As-Salaam Malaykum,” followed by traditional Moroccan mint tea to break your journey fireside in their lounge.

ROOM:
In a pavilion piscine w/max. privacy set among towering palm trees, lush gardens, a riad, chaise lounges, & fountain, we swam both day & night in the heated pool, part of your own private, enclosed quarters. A super spacious, mammoth bathroom offers his/her sinks, closets, changing areas, w/combined bidet & commode, bath, shower. All amenities, including take-home leather his/hers Moroccan slippers and basket are the final touches to welcome you to this Aman haven.
Atmosphere 5. Such indulgent surroundings allow you to enjoy your villa guilt-free as you may wish to never leave.

SERVICE:
is warm, genuine and sincere as both smiling Houda, Amanjena’s Asst Front Desk Mgr & Rashad Front Desk Mgr are ambassadors of Amanjena & welcome you w/treatment usually reserved for dignitaries & VIPs. Exotic spa treatments (must try a traditional Moroccan Hammam), dining choices, tours, to Concierge complete your amenity list. Amanjena resident tour guide, Ha Tim (Casablanca) the most coveted tour master of the Medina, was available on a moment’s (less than 1 hr’s) notice, at day’s end. We believe no feat could stump this group as we requested an English-speaking driver & tour guide at the last minute to give a night time tour of the Djemaa el Fna & surrounding souks.

FINAL THOUGHTS:
Given the first & currently only Aman property on the African continent, Morocco’s Amanjena can and will indulge you to no end.
