If one MUST visit Sin City – for conferences and such – we especially recommend the Four Seasons Las Vegas property which remains on our must-stay venue as NON-GAMBLERS in town. We are less apt to stay on-Strip locations due to our desire to see more natural, dramatic scenery – greens of golf clubs; the Red Rock Canyon clay cliffs and rock formations, Lake Meade’s water scape and Hoover Dam’s historic presence – in the middle of the desert – away from the Strip. We enjoy the level of civility — on our 3rd visit/patronage — to the somewhat quiet, solitude in this true respite from the Strip hotels.
Of course, when we must be in town, the FS LV offers the best in service, comfort, spa treaments, dining choices – stand out – among the rest. As former guests of the Bellagio, and Ritz-Carlton on Lake Las Vegas, the FS remains a top-notch property amid the clamor and noise of the Strip.
This property review is based on a one bedroom suite on the non-smoking 39th floor – with separate, exclusive private elevators in non-smoking quarters – within the Mandalay Bay Hotel Towers.

Master bath. One of two bathrooms – one full plus a powder room upon the suite’s entry – filled with the usual, L’Occitane bath products, his/hers bathrobes, slippers, weigh scale and amenities in the suite. However, there is no window offering no view of the outside, a slight downfall. Neither front suite bath nor this bath has a view of the outdoors, given its high floor and location amid the collection of rooms within the Mandalay towers. The Four Seasons LV still remains among the quiet, civil properties amid the Strip chaos and clamor of town.
